The StillHouse is no ordinary pub! Owned and managed by attached family run Hughes Craft Distillery, there is a true love for local produce. It’s fast paced 7 days per week, attracting foodies from far and wide and we love to showcase homegrown food and drinks.
You must have a genuine love for food and a respect for ingredients. Be dedicated to both learning and teaching within our growing culinary team, and strong enough to support and deputise for our Head Chef Dave when needed.
Knowledge of local producers, Taste of Ulster and the modern Irish food scene is an advantage.
Moira is a beautiful Co Down Village only 10 minutes by car from Lurgan or Lisburn, 30 minutes from Belfast. Moira train Station is only a 15 minute walk away.
